Manuelita Extended Family Assembly 2023
Hope you are well and excited for the 2023 Extended Family Assembly to be held in Cali, Colombia, from Sunday July 30th to Thursday August 3rd. Below you will find some useful guidelines and information about this week.
Activities
- We will have activities scheduled between Sunday, July 30 and Thursday, August 3. See below.
- From Monday, July 31 to Wednesday, August 2, two agendas are planned in parallel, so that minors and their parents or companions have alternative activities.
- For the visit to the Sugar Mill, please wear shirt with long sleeves, long pants or jeans, and tennis shoes with long socks, so you can put on the boots that will be provided to you for entering the factory.
- For other events, suggested dress code is indicated in the agenda.
- Each child under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult in each activity.
Reimbursement Policy
- As usual, Manuelita will pay for air tickets, taxi to and from the airport, the complete stay in the hotel, internet connection, all meals and all drinks had in common areas.
- Lunches and dinners are of “mandatory” nature, as integration is one of the Family Meeting’s main goals.
- Manuelita will not reimburse room service, extra room charges (TV movies, phone, laundry, beauty salon, spa etc.) or any other additional charges you choose to incur in non programed activities.
- Liquor to room service will not be reimbursed.
- Meals outside the hotel and night clubs will not be reimbursed. Exceptions: Hacienda del bosque and Club Campestre.
- Purchases at the Manuelita Store, or in shopping centers, will not be reimbursed
